Proverbs 23: 6
Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats

Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this.
Proverbs 22: 17-20
Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge. For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
